MORE WORK AND NOW WE HAVE CARPET!!

The work is coming along pretty nice, they have pushed our walk through back, but we are ok with that, because we want everything to be right.  However, they have done some things, and now we have carpet.  Take a look!!!

They are working on the banisters and have stained them..Yippeee!!!

Banisters going into the basement, HEY CHECK OUT THE CARPET!!!

Carpet in one of the bedrooms!!!  Darker than we thought but it's ok.

Cabinets and light fixtures in the master bath, looks good.

We had initially planned to put our own chandelier, like our current home have, but this one looks good!!   I love the view, however it's centered but not directly in front of the window....Doggonit!!!

Lighting in the basement, this area is huge, this is part of the "ManCave" LOL,

  3. Beautiful! I love the banisters! I have a Florence and did not choose to upgrade since you only see such a small portion downstairs. But with a Victoria Falls it makes such a statement, stunning.

  4. Thanks everyone the banisters were one of the things that drew us to the Vic Falls.

  5. I just found your blog and so excited to find someone in the Indy area. We are building a Victoria Falls in the Indy area as well but our build just started. Love your colors! The stain on the banisters is gorgeous.

    1. Congratulations on your Vic Falls as well. Where are you building at? We are in Greenwood.

    3. The Greenwood subdivision is gorgeous. I love your early pics with the pond behind your home! We looked at the Ravenna (I believe that was the name of the model). We are building in the Sanctuary on the west side of Carmel. We just moved here from the Louisville area and found Ryan Homes. We saw the Vic Falls model and fell in love. Our PM just emailed yesterday to say lumber was delivered and they will start framing today!!! I believe in an earlier blog post you wrote bible verses on the framing. I was telling my daughter that this morning and she got so excited and said 'can we do that'. Has the timeline been pretty good for you guys? I have been trying to figure that out from other blogs of the timeframe, but you are the first blog I have found in Indiana :)

    4. Yes the timeline has been pretty good even with the rain and all. The first setback we had just came recently because someone broke into the other homes that were bring built and stole the copper so it pushed us back a little
